Terms of Service for NKB Digital Agency (PT. Niaga Karya Budiman)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NKB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless NKB, its employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the client’s use of our services or any breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the provision of services upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

11. Amendments

NKB reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for any updates or changes.
